NB: Before plan a trip with friends, make sure that you have the same exceptions when you travel : Museum/ Shopping/ Walk…

Nevertheless Portugal, Malta, Morocco I can give you some advise thanks to my experience. 

Malta, Portugal, Morocco are inexpensive. But you have to be careful ! Don’t fall into the tourist trap ! Some restaurants, activities, gift could be very high and it does not worth it ! Check before the average of prices.
